Bobolink Court - Summer residence of F.T. Proctor - On Pippin Hill

 

Situated on the outskirts of Utica, above the Yahnundahsis Golf Club, in the town of New Hartford, the site commands a view unequaled by few in this vicinity. Stretching away to the north is a beautiful panorama of the city of Utica and beyond this the Deerfield Hills fade away into a misty horizon.

The house itself is a marvel of completeness, combining beauty with comfort. The beauty of the structure, however, is enhanced by the wonderful floral displays, beautiful lawns, drives and gardens. One feature of the estate is a quantity of fruit trees including peach, pear and cherry in the collection. Vegetables of all kinds are also grown.
